En una de las paradas disfrutaremos de un cafe muy especial, un sabor único , solo capaz de disfrutarse en un entorno privilegiado como el que yo te mostrare! Con la retina cargada de parajes inolvidables y un nuevo sentimiento vikingo corriendo por nuestras venas, descenderemos de vuelta a la ciudad a pie por un sendero en el que encontraremos cascadas y la hermosa frondosidad del bosque noruego. Due to weather conditions we might need to adjust our final destination, it can be Tromvik, Sommarøy, Skibotn or Kilpisjarvi. With last two ones the tour might extend until 2:30am so please plan accordingly next day. Aurora is a natural phenomenon and I will do my best to bring you to the clear skies however the show of the night is left to the almighty Universe I hope to chase with you soon, teach you all I know about Aurora, and share some great life stories. The weather is changing a lot in Tromsø so there is always a chance to find clear skies. However sometimes we need to reschedule the experience for another day in case of danger.

Turen starter med den gamle brannstasjonen på Skansen, rett over Fløybanen. Herfra går vi opp til Fjellveien og fortsetter litt nordover på denne kjente promenaden før vi starter stien oppover mot byfjellet. Stien er en blanding av grus og steiner. Og tar oss inn i skogen før vi ankommer toppen. Her fortsetter vi et stykke på grusvei før vi når turens høyeste punkt. Her blir det pause med smak av det beste området har å by på. Vill laks, Ost fra gård rett utenfor Bergen (som ble kåret til verdens beste i 2019), skinke og selvsagt en kopp kaffe! Etter pausen rusler vi nedover mot Fløyen og nyter utsikten der før vi går siste stykke ned til start punktet for turen. Andre ting det er verdt å merke seg Kle deg etter været.

Every neighbor in Bergen has their own mountain. Did you know that?? Exactly, Bergen is surrounded by 7 beautiful mountains and each neighborhood has a mountain near by! I'm so lucky to have my one. The one with the best views! Løvstakken has a 360 degrees view from the top. From there, we’ll see the ocean, the city and all the small islands around and the fjord. Also, it's one of the quietest and very paceful (It's surrounded just by locals). It's possible to see some deers and other small animals on their daily life. This peak is 477meters high and we’ll climb almost from the sea level. The terrain can be challenging for non experienced hikers, so it’s required previous experience on rocky terrains hikes. This climb is something very typical in our daily life. Would do you like to have a mountain as a backyard??? Would you like to explore the arctic nature and traditional winter sport at the same time? Try the Norwegian national sport cross country? Come along with me! I do cross country course in different levels. And I’ll hope to teach, and show you the value and nature thru skiing. First, we'll meet up at the parking spot and start point. Then we go thru the equipment and basic information about cross country before starting. During the lesson and touring I’ll give you some technique advices and how to approve your skiing skills. We enjoy a hot drink and some sweet snacks. After a couple of hours, depending on the weather we return til staring point. INCLUDED; Skis, shoes, poles, guide, warm drink and sweet snacks. I kurset vil vi lage ferskost med geitemelk. Steg for steg vil du lære hvordan du skal forberede og behandle melka folk å lage en ferdig ost, slik at du kan gjøre det hjemme i ditt eget kjøkken etter kurset. Jeg begynner dagen med en introduksjon til ysting, forklarer forskjellen mellom ferskost, feta-ost og lagrings-ost og med å gi en introduksjon til bakterie-kulturer. Vi kommer til å se på forskjellig utstyr du kan bruke og selvfølgelig blir det mulig å smake på oster og andre gårdsprodukter under lunsjen.

Be part of an interactive and educational sailing experience aboard a Viking-inspired ship in the heart of Bergen! A rare opportunity to sail like a Viking. Participants will embark from the iconic Bryggen. Following a short briefing, we will set sail aboard the traditional, square-rigged vessel STORSKARVEN. The focus of the tour will be the experience of sailing a square sailed vessel very similar to those sailed by the Vikings. Guests are encouraged to participate in all aspects of sailing including steering and hoisting sails. The tour will take us along the picturesque Bergen seafront and thanks to Bergen's location in the fjords, there is reliably calm waters. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and the peaceful quiet of sailing, all while learning about the history of Norwegian coast culture, traditional vessels, and Bergen itself. A unique and authentic experience that appeals to children right up to senior citizens. Bathroom facilities available on board and seating is on comfy bean bags or sheep skin covered benches. This hike goes to Mount Oksen. It is one of the most beautiful hikes in Hardanger. It is an 8 hour hike where you will have a fantastic view of the Hardangerfjord and the mountains surrounding the fjord. Mount Oksen rises up from the Granvinsfjorden, Utnefjorden, Eidfjorden and Sørfjorden "junction", all local fjord arms in Hardangerfjorden. The view from the top is breathtaking! I will be able to pick you up by car in Voss before we continue on to our first stop, where our hike will begin. When arriving I will go through safety and all the equipment needed.

You will take metro line 3, eastbound towards Mortensrud. I’ll meet you at Bøler metro station. From there we’ll walk shortly into the forrest. We follow the trails along various lakes. You’ll see some nice view points , hear the sound of forrest brooks, observe season colours of the trees and vegetation, probably see a couple of waterfalls, make some unforgettable pictures of beautiful Norwegian nature and meet locals on their regular weekend or everyday outings. I know the forrest and the surroundings of the lake like my pocket and can take you to many different trails depending on your fitness level. Approximatly half way into the hike we`ll find some nice spot and have a break with my homemade pastry and freshly brewed coffee or tea. The lake is still frozen and gives some amazing scenes. It is possible to have i dip in the ice hole. Let me know if interested and bring your swimming suit and towel. I`m all year swimmer and will join you. There is no better way to see the fjords, mountains and ocean then by a Sailboat. For any inquiries of different types of sailing in the area please just reach out! On this trip we will sail out Kaldfjorden with our course set to Vengsøya. On this trip you will get it all. We will start in the fjords surrounded by steep mountains and continue outwards to the islands in the ocean. We will se old remote communities where people have made a living for hundreds of years. Travel in the traditional way, by sail. During the tour I will give an introduction to the basics of sailing and if the weather allows it we will hoist sails to take us out the fjord and to the islands. We will also try our luck for some fish to serve with the fish soup we will will serve on the way back to our safe harbour.

Our experienced guides will take you to a variety of different locations where you will be able to taste a variety of Norwegian treats - from the best waffles in the world, heartwarming cocoa and Norwegian hot dog to a tasting samples of the best Norwegian cheeses and cured meat! Please note that this is a street food tour so all dishes (except the tasting plate) are designed as take out.

Vi starter ved Fløybanen sentrum, vi tar taubanen opp til Fløyen. Derfra tar jeg deg med på en fjelltur videre oppover fjellet. Hvis du er interessert i fotografering, vil jeg gi noen hint og tips under turen vår. Det er mange flotte steder på vei opp. Når vi kommer til Rundemanen (568 moh), tar vi av hoved-stien, vi vandrer ytterligere 20-30 minutter på en bortgjemt sti som fører til en liten skjult hytte. Hytta er over 100 år gammel, og det er ikke rennende vann eller strøm. Vi må stole på en stor peis for varme. Her skal vi ha varm sjokolade / kaffe laget på en gasskomfyr. Mens vi blir varme rundt peisen, kommer til å snakke om hyttens historie og områdene i nærheten. Etter å ha tilbrakt litt tid på hytta, vandrer vi tilbake til byen. Avhengig av været har vi flere valg for returveien. Andre ting det er verdt å merke seg Gjestene bør være i normal til god form, da denne turen krever litt dyktighet med ujevnt terreng og bratte åser. Kan være egnet for barn og eldre så lenge du er vant til å vandre fritt i naturen.
