I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. The Tour is a dinamic gastronomic walk through the streets of the historic center of Verona with great gourmet stops in old food shops, deli, wine bars and cafés, involving lunch. Guests will follow me (Professional Tour leader and sommelier since 2012) admiring the monuments and narrow historic streets, tasting typical Veronese dishes: from classic cheeses and cold cut appetizers to freshly made BIGOLI pasta/TORTELLI or other local main course (depends in the season), and more gastronomic delights, all paired with delicious local wines, providing so many tastings that it can be considered a FULL LUNCH. During the tour, you will make some very unconventional stops (old Roman ruins/terrace with amazing views ). It is also included a SKIP THE LINE ride on the CABLE CAR RAILWAY to the most romantic view in Verona. Let's put our hands in the flour! In this cooking class, I'm going to share with you the secrets and the recipes of my Granny to make the best fresh Egg Pasta everywhere and every time you want to. Just like in the best Italian family, in this cooking class, we'll make and eat pasta together, sharing time, and laughs. We'll prepare pasta dough from scratch and I'll teach you all the classic cuts: from tagliolini to pappardelle, passing through tagliatelle, farfalle, maltagliati but also you will see how to prepare decorated pasta and colored pasta. You will also learn to prepare fresh ravioli. At the end of the cooking class, we are going to eat what we've prepared before. Three-course dinner accompanied by a special wine produced in this region. All the courses will be cooked and served with low/no salt and sugar to taste (and enjoy) the real essence of the food and be surprised by the feelings you'll perceive on your palate. I will provide you with everything you need, just bring your appetite, enthusiasm for Italian good food, and a camera to eternalize this experience in your memories book. Proponiamo un'esperienza di scuola vela di mezza giornata, costeggiando le suggestive coste settentrionali del Lago di Garda. La partenza è prevista dal porto San Nicolò di Riva del Garda; discenderemo poi lungo le coste occidentali fino alle Cascate del Ponale, dove potrete godere di un bagno rinfrescante. Proseguiremo in direzione sud verso Limone, una cittadina immersa tra le caratteristiche limonaie gialle. Dopo una breve sosta ripartiremo verso le coste veronesi dove svetta il Castello di Malcesine; prima del rientro in porto veleggeremo lungo le ventose spiagge di Navene e Torbole. La flotta a disposizione comprende 5 barche a vela (da 8 m. fino a 11 m.) dotate di ogni comfort e di bagno privato a bordo. In caso di maltempo l'esperienza può essere posticipata in accordo con gli ospiti. Altre cose da tenere a mente: porta con te costume da bagno, crema solare, cappellino e telo mare; in bassa stagione è consigliabile portare guanti, cappellino e giacchettino antipioggia.

From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. After a quick briefing, about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct rope manoovers and climbing techniques enjoying the amazing Dolomites landscape!

According to your native language, we will give you some of the letters addressed to Juliet. You will open them and read them discovering love stories from every corner of the world. Then we will have some coffee and we will discuss what to answer. Now it's your turn to write a letter! Signed and sealed, the letters are ready for delivery. Other things to note: Juliet Club receives letters from all over the world written in dozens of different languages. I will try to give you at least 1 letter in your native language but this is not always possible, in particular when it comes to less spoken languages. Becoming Juliet’s Secretaries can really be one of the most thrilling and moving experiences in the matter of love and will help to support this unique tradition.

Tour a cavallo sulle colline gardesane è un’ escursione a cavallo della durata minima di un’ora. Una piacevole passeggiata a cavallo tra le colline del Lago di Garda, lungo sentieri e itinerari che si alternano tra boschi, vigneti e distese collinari. Per chi avesse poca esperienza, nessun problema, le nostre escursioni sono adatte a tutti. La guida vi aiuterà a montare in sella, e a prendere dimestichezza con il cavallo, poi non vi resterà che godervi lo spettacolo. Per chi sperimenta questa attività per la prima volta, introduciamo una mezz’ora aggiuntiva (obbligatoria) di messa in sella ( supplemento di 12 € ) che deve essere riservata con anticipo. Durante questo tour a cavallo potrete ammirare i paesaggi circostanti, godendovi la tranquillità di questa esperienza unica in compagnia dei nostri amici cavalli. Durante la passeggiata raggiungerete un punto panoramico con vista sul Lago di Garda. Per principianti è consigliata l'opzione da 1 h; per esperti è possibile richiedere l’esperienza di 2 h. In our Organic Estate Winery, we offer Wine Experiences and Wine Tours among olive groves and BIO vineyards, to learn more about the process of selection, picking and processing grapes. The tour begins with a visit to a BIO vineyard, where you will get to know more about the geomorphologic, water and climatic characteristics of the Marano Valley and the principles of an ORGANIC cultivation. Possibility of a walk among vineyards, olive trees, spontaneous woods, up to the LE BALZE vineyard, (where Amarone RISERVA Le Balze is born). It follows the visit to Corte Vaona in Novaia, with its historic wine cellar, used for wine ageing. Corte Odorico è una piccola realtà familiare che comprende l’azienda agricola, una cantina e due appartamenti ad uso turistico. Attraverso il percorso di degustazione, la nostra intenzione è di farvi immergere nella storia della nostra famiglia e della Valpolicella classica. Il tour inizia con il mostrarvi i vigneti che circondano Corte Odorico, di nostra proprietà da tre generazioni, da cui ricaviamo i nostri vini. Il tour prosegue con la visita all’essicatoio e alla cantina, per raccontarvi della tecnica di appassimento e dell’affinamento in botte, tecniche che rendono i vini della Valpolicella unici. Infine, ci sposteremo nella sala di degustazione, ottenuta da un connubio di materiali naturali quali tufo, legno e ferro. Qui il nostro scopo e di fermare il tempo per qualche ora, e di condividere con voi la storia ed il sapore dei nostri vini, Valpolicella, Ripasso, e Amarone della Valpolicella Classici. Ai vini verrà affiancato un tagliere di prodotti locali, come formaggi e salumi, ognuno dei quali accuratamente selezionato in abbinamento con i nostri vini. Con noi imparerai l’antica arte dell’impasto e le principali preparazioni tradizionali, dalla pasta corta a quella lunga. Imparerai così a realizzare ricette tipiche intramontabili. Ti insegneremo a stendere la pasta con la classica tecnica, completamente manuale, e attraverso l’utilizzo della sfogliatrice a mano. Ti sveleremo inoltre i segreti per un primo piatto perfetto con sughi della tradizione. Ciò che realizzerai con le tue mani durante il corso, lo potrai degustare con i vini tipici del territorio che ci circonda, come il Bardolino Classico e il Chiaretto. Entra nella nostra casa, respira l’atmosfera della cucina italiana e portala con te, una volta rientrato a casa, per stupire i tuoi ospiti! Ad ogni corso sarà possibile imparare a creare due dei piatti proposti, e riceverai un piccolo regalo per accompagnarti nella tua cucina di casa. La vostra esperienza inizia dal cancello della nostra proprietà, dove tramite una strada di ghiaia, sarete sin da subito immersi tra i vigneti. Arrivati a Corte Odorico, sarete accolti da un membro della nostra famiglia e dai nostri cani, che con le loro code e richieste di coccole rappresentato il più caldo comitato di benvenuto. Da qui, cammineremo insieme tra i vigneti, dove vi racconteremo delle tecniche di coltivazione e vendemmia della Valpolicella Classica, tutte rigorosamente eseguite a mano. A seguire vi spiegheremo le nostre tecniche di vinificazione, e vi mostreremo le zone di appassimento delle uve, e quella di affinamento dei nostri vini Ripasso e Amarone. Assieme, andremo poi nella zona del vigneto che abbiamo allestito appositamente per voi: un tavolo imbandito di prodotti locali, ed un assaggio dei nostri vini, ed una coperta da picnic con dei comodi cuscini, per rilassarvi in mezzo alla natura e alle nostre vigne. Nel picnic troverete un tagliere di formaggi e salumi, un cestino di frutta, pane fresco, ed un tiramisù. Questi saranno accompagnati dai calici di due dei vini di nostra produzione, che vi saranno introdotti e spiegati proprio come in una degustazione. Potrete poi rilassarvi nella pace dei nostri vigneti, accompagnati da buon cibo e il buon vino della Valpolicella Classica.

We'll start with a light walking in the garden of olive trees, telling the family history of our farm and estate. We'll see the old traditional secret room where we collect the oil, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar. I explain you how we make our EVO oil and how to understand the oil italian label. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our new oil and taste the difference of others italian oils (Liguria, Toscana and Puglia), learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll enjoy the organic oil with bread, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. You could enjoy our marvellous terrace on the best view over Valpolicella Classica Area. Crediamo che la natura e l'uomo debbano essere preservati ed è per questo che abbiamo iniziato un percorso per rendere la nostra produzione completamente biologica. L'Amarone Piovesole, il Ripasso Tenzone e il Valpolicella Fralibri saranno i nostri "Compagni di Viaggio".
